This popular program features a choice of three sensational luncheon menus and runs between two to three hours. Guests are introduced to the origins of Oriental cuisine, authentic cooking techniques and special ingredients used in the preparation of Chinese cuisine.
Presentations are conducted by a senior staff member and the cooking demonstration is conducted by our Executive Chef. The program focuses on cuisine that can be prepared at home using common ingredients and household cooking equipment. Guests have a competition to see who can make the best Spring Roll!
