Cooking Class Programs feature a choice of three themed classes and menus that focus on the preparation of Dim Sum, Sushi, or Wok prepared cuisine. Guests are introduced to the history and background of the cuisine, preparation and cooking techniques, and they also will gain insight into special ingredients that are unique to Oriental foods.
Presentations are conducted by a senior staff member and cooking demonstrations are conducted by our Executive Chef. Guests may have a competition to see who can make the best Spring Roll, Sushi Roll, or Dim Sum item.
