Ming Court is the perfect place to hold your private or semi-private affair: receptions, lunch
and dinner gatherings, presentations, parties, rehearsal dinners, weddings, birthday parties,
graduations, etc. We have a number of private dining rooms and dining areas throughout the
restaurant that will accommodate different size groups from very small - into the hundreds for

Group Event Requirements
Lunch & Dinner Banquets
There are no set-up charges for a private room or semi-private areas providing the group size meets
the minimum seating requirement of sixteen guests, has standard seating arrangements (round tables
that seat up to ten), and one of our banquet menus is selected. If the group is smaller than
sixteen, then a set-up fee of $75.00 per room for luncheons or $125.00 per room for dinner banquets
is applied. The minimum can also be met by applying the menu cost based on the difference between
the actual guest count and the minimum guarantee of sixteen guests. For special set-ups such as
theatre style, classroom, hollow square, boardroom, or horseshoe set-ups, a set-up fee of $200.00
per room is applied.
Receptions
Our minimum requirement for a reception is normally fifty guests (we can accommodate up to 600
on flow), but there are occasions when we can accommodate smaller events. There are no set-up
fees providing the minimum guest count is met and one of our reception menus is selected.
Set-up fees may apply under other circumstances and are determined based upon the needs and
size of the event.
Cooking Class
The minimum required for a Cooking Class is twenty people and there are no set-up fees providing
the minimum is met and one of our luncheon banquet menus is selected.
